Please join us on Saturday March 13th from 10am-4pm at the Carol Edwards Center in Downtown Woodinville! Our Family Fair will feature 70 of our community partners, representing local Educational Offerings, Mom's Groups, Clubs and Cool Classes. We will also have our Cool Mom retailers on-hand as well as educational presentations, a mini-play area & café, raffles and give-aways throughout the day! This event is free to the public. This just in: Dizzy's Tumblebus will be at the event from 10am-noon! This is a great chance to check out this tricked out gym-on-wheels!

Wanna Free Spot Card?? We've partnered with The Eastside Macaroni Kid for a huge give-away! All you need to do is become a new subcriber on the Macaroni Kid website between March 4th and March 12th, then you MUST stop by the Macaroni Kid's Table at the Classes, Co-Op, and Care Fair at Carol Edwards anytime between 10-4 on Saturday, March 13th to pick up your card while supplies last.

Join us on Wednesday March 17th for our toddler-friendly St. Patrick's Day party. Our friends from Kids N Clay in Lynnwood will be hosting a cool craft and there will be free cupcakes for all! We love having authors come to Tot Spot! This month we have partnered up with ParentMap to bring Linda Morgan, author of Beyond Smart. Beyond Smart gives parents practical, realistic tools for maximizing all aspects of their child's educational experience, from academics to social and emotional learning, beginning from birth.
The Spot Card is thrilled to host a Kiddo Corner at the upcoming 5k/10k Marathon for Northshore Special Families. This is a fantastic way to spend a morning together as a family in a very welcoming environment. A Special Presentation, Workshop and 1/2 off Admission!
This is a great chance to discuss school-readiness and get your questions answered! Many parents are grappling with the question of Kindergarten readiness during their child's preschool years. Whether or not you are ready to let go of your baby, the most important question to ask yourself is "What is best for my child?" Readiness encompasses the whole child and includes physical, emotional, and social development as well as academic.

This workshop with Tressa Parker, Early Childhood Director at The Bear Creek School, will include information regarding how to foster your child's growth in all of these areas, as well as guidelines to help you decide if your child is ready when the time comes. Come prepared to get answers to all your questions, big and small, as you make this important decision about your child's academic future.

As most of you know, Cozy Baby Boutique has moved into Tot Spot... I love having such a green influence on the place and Ann Marie will be on hand to answer your cloth diapering and green baby questions. She also has a ton of carriers to try out, which I think is fantastic! We will be hosting Pregnancy Tea Socials for you Expecting Families - if you are interested in meeting weekly with other expecting couples, please email me at kat@totspotcafe.com - this is meant to be a social gathering and we will bring in experts to help you through this new stage in your life!
